IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING SUBMISSIONS: Due to an overwhelming number of submissions for the relatively few available reading spaces, you will only receive a response from the curator if you have been selected to read, at which point you will be notified of your selected reading date. If you have not heard from the curator via email/ phone, please do not be discouraged, but do resubmit again the following year.
** Special Note to those outside of NYC: Readings are held at Bluestockings Radical Books on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. However, we have an increasing number of readers who travel from out of state to be here. Readers have hailed from Chicago, Virginia, Atlanta and even London! So, if you do not reside in the New York City area, but are willing to travel, or have plans to be here during the scheduled reading year, please specify this in the body of your email.
